Church Boards

Voter's Meetings are held approximately three times a year. All church members are encouraged to attend and help in the carrying out of the mission of the church.

Officers include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Financial Manager and Secretary. The President is responsible for enforcing the constitution and by-laws, carrying out the expressed will of the Voters Assembly, and overseeing the functioning of the boards and committees. The Vice President serves as assigned by the President. The Treasurer is responsible for paying, recording, and summarizing of expenditures. The Financial Manager records and deposits all receipts, and issues quarterly statements.

Board of Elders oversees the spiritual welfare of the congregation.

Board of Evangelism reaches inward and outward in various ways to promote the love of our Lord.

Board of Education plans and supervises the educational programs of the church, including Sunday School, Jr. & Sr. High and Adult Bible Classes, and Vacation Bible School.

Board of Finance has oversight for reporting on the expenditures and contribution patterns of the congregation. The treasure and financial secretary are also members of the board.

Board of Stewardship encourages each of our members to give of their time, talents, and treasures in the life of our church.

Board of Property Management maintains and repairs church property.

Board of Fellowship encourages the fellowship between congregation members both spiritually and socially.

Board of Youth maintains a comprehensive program to serve the particular needs of the youth of the congregation and their families.

Board of Planning establishes the long-term goals of our congregation.

Board of Trustees represents the congregation in all legal matters.

Preschool Committee consists of church members and preschool parents who oversee the operation and finances of the St. Paul's Lutheran Preschool.
