“Worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness!”
At St. Paul’s, we try our best to worship God in a way that befits His holiness. We have been blessed with a worship space that is both beautiful and functional, and we seek to bring the best of our attention, our talents and our offerings to the Lord.
That being said, we also believe in a God who accepts our limitations. Neither our preaching or hearing, nor our singing or praying can ever truly mirror God’s holiness. Therefore we aim for a humble reverence more than a polished production. We aim for the clear proclamation of God’s Word and the straightforward administration of God’s Sacraments. We give simple yet earnest voice to our prayers, and sing hymns that are rich in God’s teachings. It is God alone who is holy. Therefore, our worship is more listening and observing than speaking and sharing.
To worship God is to acknowledge His power and seek His help. The regular gathering of worship is meant to sustain us along life’s journey. We welcome you to come join us for worship, whether you are still seeking the path that speaks to you or you are already committed to the path of Christ. Engaging in the act of worship is always a new experience, even when much is already familiar. Join us and see for yourself how the Lord speaks and is worshiped here.
